Our Automatic Translation feature translates feedback left through a button so your team can analyze comments from all customers. Automatic Translation is helpful for multinational companies that use a single team to manage feedback.
Automatic Translation works for feedback left in the Comment field. We can translate comments to a variety of languages, and both the original and translated comments appear in the detailed overview of a response. The translated comment is also shown in email notifications for saved searches.
To request Automatic Translation for a button, contact your Customer Success Manager. We turn on Automatic Translation for each button separately, so let your Customer Success Manager know:
If someone submits a comment with many typos or abbreviated words, we may not be able to translate the comment.
