GetFeedback resources are hosted on the Amazon Cloud (AWS) environment and your feedback button is loaded asynchronously on your website. This makes it possible to add a Web Feedback button on any website, including high traffic websites, while having little to no impact on the load time of your site.
To load your feedback form as quickly as possible, please supply an optimized logo for your custom theme, if you’re using one.
