Enter the username, oremail address, you think could be on your account (don’t enter both!) Select Continue.
Username: Check your email inbox— if you have an account associated with your username, you’ll get an email with a password reset link. You’re all set!
Email: If you have an account with your email address, you'll get an email with a list of usernames associated with your account email address. Click on a username which will take you to the Forgot Password page with your selected username ready to go. Click Continue. Check your email inbox for the password reset email.
If you don’t receive an email from us, you can try a different username or email address, or contact support.

Tip! These steps are for the new login process. You may still be using your email address as a username, and can follow the next steps.
To reset your password:
Select Forgot Password.
Enter your email address and select Send code.
Check your email for the password reset code, enter it on the password reset page, and select Next.
Create a new password and click Reset password to save.
I still login with my username, and forgot my username or password
If you haven’t changed your account to the new login process, you may have forgotten your login details, or have multiple accounts with different usernames.
I entered a password reset code or new password, but still can't log in
If you’re using the new login process and received a reset code, check that you’re entering the most recent code. Codes expire 10 minutes after your request, or if a new one is requested.
If you’re still logging in with a username, check that you’re entering the correct username or email address for the account you’re trying to access. Your username may be different from the email address associated with your account or you may have multiple accounts associated with the same email address.
If you're not sure what your username is, enter your email on the forgot password page and leave the username field blank.
Whether you’re requesting a code, or entering your username or email address, ensure your browser isn’t storing outdated login information. Clear your cache and cookies, close and reopen your browser, and try logging in again with your username and new password.
