Check your email for the password reset code, enter it on the password reset page, and select Next.
Create a new password and click Reset password to save.
I didn't get the password reset code or email
It can take up to 10 minutes for the email to show up in your inbox. If it's been longer, the email may be in your spam or junk folder, or it's being blocked by your email security settings.
To unblock SurveyMonkey emails:
Re-try the forgot password steps again.
Add surveymonkey@go.surveymonkey.com to your email's safe senders list.
