Results Dashboards

BETA FEATURE: This feature is currently in beta and only available for some users.

Results Dashboards are a great way to present your survey results. Customize your results, add charts and text, then publish to share your dashboard with anyone.

Building a Dashboard

To create a new dashboard:

  1. Go to the Analyze Results section of your survey.
  2. Find a question you'd like to add to the dashboard, and click Save As in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select +New dashboard.
  4. Enter a name for your dashboard. This can be changed later.
  5. Click Create.

To add more charts to your dashboard:

  1. Go to the Analyze Results section of your survey.
  2. Find the chart you want to add.
  3. Click Save As.
  4. Select Add to dashboard.
  5. Choose the dashboard you want to add the chart to.

You can add charts from Multiple Choice, Checkboxes, Dropdown, Net Promoter®, Image Choice, Slider, and Ranking question types if there isn't a compare rule or Benchmark showing:

Customizing Your Dashboard

Once you've created a dashboard and added charts from the Analyze Results section, you can customize how your dashboard looks. From the Present Results section, select your dashboard and click p Edit. You can drag and drop charts into position and add text to give your results more context.

 

Sharing a Dashboard

When you're ready to share your results with people, publish and share your dashboard:

  1. Choose the dashboard you want to share.
  2. Click publish in the upper-right corner.
  3. Turn on the toggle to publish your dashboard.
  4. Copy the link and share your dashboard anywhere. If your survey is still open and collecting responses, the dashboard will update automatically as more people answer your survey.

Turn Off Sharing

If you need to limit access to your dashboard after you've shared it, you can turn sharing off. Anyone you've previously shared the link with won't be able to access the dashboard if they visit the link or try to refresh their browser.

To turn off sharing:

  • Go the to the Present Results section of your survey.
  • Find your dashboard and click More Options.
  • Select Turn share link off.

 

Managing Your Dashboards

You can manage all of your dashboards from the Present Results section of your survey.

E ViewAfter you publish a dashboard, see what it will look like to anyone who gets the link.
p EditMake changes to your dashboard at any time. Any changes you make will take effect immediately.
. More OptionsTurn your share link on to publish it, or off to limit access. You can also delete your dashboard here. Deleting a dashboard won't affect or erase any survey results.
