Forgot Login Details

If you can't log in, select the section that applies to you below and follow the steps to get back into your account.

I use my email address to log in, and forgot my password
To reset your password:
1. Select Forgot Password.
2. Enter your email address and select Send code.
3. Check your email for the password reset code, enter it on the password reset page, and select Next.
4. Create a new password and click Reset password to save.
I need to reset my password
To reset your password:
1. Go to the Forgot Password page.
2. Enter your email address and select Send code.
3. Check your email for the password reset code, enter it on the password reset page, and select Next.
4. Create a new password and click Reset password to save.
I didn't get the password reset code or email
It can take up to 10 minutes for the email to show up in your inbox. If it's been longer, the email may be in your spam or junk folder, or it's being blocked by your email security settings.
To unblock SurveyMonkey emails:
1. Re-try the forgot password steps again.
2. Add surveymonkey@go.surveymonkey.com to your email's safe senders list.
3. Add our info to your allow list in your email account (or pass this along to your IT team).
