|Maximum file size accepted||16MB|
|Number of File Upload questions allowed per survey||20|
|Storage space per account||Unlimited|
Taking the Survey
To answer the question, click Choose File and upload a file from your computer.
If you change your mind, you can click Remove File to clear your response, or Replace File to change the file.
In the Analyze Results section, you can view and manage the files that were uploaded to your survey.
You can preview image files in the Analyze Results section. At this time, you can't preview PDF, DOC, or DOCX files, so you'll need to download them to view their content.
To preview a file:
- Under the Question Summaries tab, scroll to the File Upload question.
- Click the down arrow to the right of the file you want to preview.
- Click Preview file.
You can download a file from the Question Summaries tab, or from the Individual Responses tab. In both places, click Download next to the file you want to save to your computer.
At this time there is no way to bulk download all files.
The only way to delete a file is to delete the entire response. However, there's no storage limit in your account so you don't have to worry about clearing up space.
Most exports (except PowerPoint) include the file names of the files uploaded to your survey, so you can associate each response with the correct file.
Shared Data pages don't display File Upload data or the file names.
