Labels help you categorize your forms on the Forms page. You can add labels to forms then create a filter to quickly find the forms you’re looking for.

Only users with permission to create forms can create labels.

To create a label:

  1. Log in and go to Forms.
  2. Select +Filter.
  3. Select the Gear icon in the search bar.
  4. Select New Label.
  5. Enter a label name.
  6. Select the checkmark to save.

You can add a label to any form that you have permission to edit.

To label a form:

  1. Log in and go to Forms.
  2. Select the Tag icon next to the form you want to tag.
  3. Select View Labels.
  4. Check the boxes next to the labels you want to add, or select New Label to create a new one.
  5. Select Apply.

To add a label to multiple forms at once:

  1. Log in and go to Forms.
  2. Check the boxes next to the forms you want to label.
  3. Select the Tag icon at the bottom of the page.
  4. Check the boxes next to the labels you want to add, or select New Label to create a new one.
  5. Select Apply.

Select the Tag icon below the form name to view all labels attached to a form.

To untag a form, select the Tag icon and select View Labels. Then uncheck the box next to the label you want to remove. Select Apply to save.

To manage your labels:

  1. Log in and go to Forms.
  2. Select +Filter.
  3. Select the Gear icon in the search bar.

You'll see all labels in your account. Sort the list by selecting the arrows next to Name or Form.

To rename a label, select the Edit icon. To delete a label, select the delete icon (trash can). When you delete a label, it will be removed from all forms tagged with that label.

Filters let you view all of the forms tagged with a certain label. You can add up to 5 filters at a time. When you apply multiple filters, we’ll only show forms that match all filters. For example, if you create a filter with 2 labels, you'll only see forms with both labels applied.

To apply a filter:

  1. Log in and go to Forms.
  2. Select +Filter.
  3. Select the name of the label(s) you want to filter by.
