To support non-profits, we provide a 50% discount on all Wufoo paid plans to non-educational organizations.
Step 1: Sign up for Wufoo
First, you'll need an account. If you don’t have one yet, create a free account. When you apply, we'll need to know your subdomain and the email you use for the account.
Step 2: Get a copy of your Form 990
If you're in the US, you need to upload a copy of your organization’s Form 990 (Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax) to the application. If you're located outside the US, attach the document that officiates your nonprofit status.
Step 3: Fill out the application
Fill out Wufoo's Non-Profit Discount Form.
Step 4: Upgrade your account
We'll get back to you as soon as we can and let you know if we can apply the discount to your Wufoo account. Then you can upgrade to any plan.
TIP! When you apply for a charity or nonprofit discount, you aren't automatically exempt from paying sales tax and you need to complete the exemption process based on your location.
