Adding or Editing a Logo to Your Survey Design

Add your logo to customize your survey. When you add a logo, it will appear at the top of every page in the survey. You should only add a logo that you have the right to use.

When you've added a logo to your survey and send it via email invitation, we automatically add the logo to your email message.

Upload Requirements

  • Format: JPG, PNG, or GIF
  • File Size: 1MB or less

To add a logo:

  1. Click the Design Survey tab.
  2. At the top of the survey, click + Logo.
  3. Upload a logo from your computer.
  4. Adjust the logo settings in the left sidebar:
    • Logo Size - Choose to display your logo at its Actual Size, Small (100px), Medium (200px), Large (300px).
    • Position - Choose to display your logo aligned Left, Center, or Right. Or, if using a classic theme, choose between Above Title, Below Title, or Left of Title.
    • Descriptive Text (Alt Text): Turn this on to add text that makes your image accessible for people using a screen reader, but won't be visible on the survey page. This option isn't available if you're using a classic theme.

Your changes will save automatically.

You can change your survey's logo at any time, or edit the size and position of the existing logo.

To change or edit a logo:

  1. Click the Design Survey tab.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Style.
  3. Click Your Logo.
    • To change the logo, hover over your existing logo and click p Change logo.
    • To edit the existing logo's size or position, use the Logo Size and Position fields.

To remove a logo from a survey:

  1. Click the Design Survey tab.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Style.
  3. Click Your Logo.
  4. Hover over your existing logo and click # Remove logo.
