Email support is available 24/7 for all customers, including Administrators, Applicants, Reviewers and Recommenders.
To contact support:
Go to the Home Page or log into your account (recommended).
Click on the Information (i) Icon in the top right corner.
In the drop-down menu:
- If logged in, click Contact Support
- If logged out, click Fill in a Support Request Form
Select the option that best describes your request.
Click Request Support if the suggested articles don’t address your request and fill out the additional fields.
Submit your request.
If you’re an Administrator, you can also request Phone Support.
Phone support is available to Administrators on Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans. Request a phone call between Monday to Friday from 8AM - 5PM Eastern Time.
If you’re on a Basic plan we’re happy to assist you over email.
Our support team will review your request and if we’re able to answer by providing steps over email, we’ll do that first. Otherwise, the team will reach out at the number provided as soon as possible.
