The Site Activity log will give you an overview of the actions your users are taking within your site. This article will walk through how to access and navigate the site activity log.
In order to Access the Site Activity Log:
What to Search | Results |
User's Name | Searching by a User's name will pull any activity that matches that name, whether it be log in details or the completion of a task. |
User's Email | Searching by a User's email will pull any activity that matches that name, whether it be log in details or the completion of a task. TIP! Use this as opposed to the user's name to ensure the results pull for a single user. For example, there may be multiple John Smith's in the site, but their emails will be unique. |
Administrator's Name | Searching by an Administrator's name will pull any activity that an administrator has made. Including, but not limited to: - Creating a Program - Editing a Stage or Task - Performing an Action on a User or Application - Sending an Email |

Application Title | If you allow for applicants to create their own application name, you can search for their application title. This will pull all results for applications that match that title. The search will include, but is not limited to: - Creating the Application - Editing a task - Moving to a new stage - Reviewer assignments |
Application ID | Search for the unique application ID (e.g. A-7196162791) to pull results that match that ID. The search will include, but is not limited to: - Creating the Application - Editing a task - Moving to a new stage - Reviewer assignments TIP! Use this as opposed to the Application Title to ensure the results pull for a single application. For example, there may be multiple applications named "My Application" in the site, but their IDs will be unique. |
Task Name | Searching the Name of a Task will populate all activity that has occurred on that task. For example, the activity of users completing the task |
Stage Name | Searching the Name of a Stage will populate all activity that has occurred for applications within that stage. For example, any activity that has occurred on a task in that stage, or if an applicant moves to the stage. |
If you wish to narrow down your results to specific dates. You can filter your results within a date range. Simply enter two dates into the calendar.
The Site Activity Log will display results for all Programs by default. However, you can apply a filter to display results from a single Program in order to narrow your results down further.
The results in your Activity Log can range from activity by an applicant in their application, to reviewers completed their reviews, and even administrators making changes to the settings of the site. The category filters allow you to add and remove certain results that are not relevant to your search.

Programs | This will display activity related to programs in your site The search results will include: - Program was created, edited, or deleted - Program was launched/un-launched |
Review Assignments | This will display activity related to reviewers in your site. The search results will include: - Applications were assigned to a reviewer - Applications were unassigned from a reviewer - A Reviewer completed a review for an application |
Site Settings | This will display activity related to the features within the Settings dropdown. The search results will include, but are not limited to: - Changes to the General section - Pages were added, edited, or removed |
Integrations | This will display activity related to Integrations in your site: - SSO Activity - Salesforce Activity - API activity |
