Sending a Copy of a Survey to Another Account

You can send a copy of a survey design to another account, as long as the receiving account is a paid account. Your survey and its responses remain in your account.

To send a copy of a survey to another account:

  1. Go to the My Surveys page.
  2. Click the three dots (...) to the right of the survey you want to copy.
  3. Click Send a copy.
  4. Choose from the following options:
    • Send a copy to a single user: Enter the username of the account you want to send the copy of your survey to.
    • All members of your team: If you're a Primary Admin or Admin of a team, you can send a copy the survey to everyone on your team.
  5. Click Send.

Everything from the Design Survey section of the survey is copied to the receiving account. This includes the survey questions and pages, options, logic, theme, and logo. Nothing from the Collect Responses or Analyze Results section is copied over.

At this time, you can't send a copy of a survey to a subset of team members. You can either send a copy of a survey to one user at a time, or to all team members at once.
