You can import a pre-written survey using the Paste your questions feature when creating a new survey. This feature uses AI to import your survey questions and answer options into the right format in SurveyMonkey.
To import a Google Form into a SurveyMonkey survey can use the SurveyMonkey for Google Forms add-on.
At this time we don't offer other import methods—you can't upload a PDF survey, a survey you created offline (like in Microsoft Word), or a survey you created on another survey site into SurveyMonkey.
Additionally, if you gathered responses offline, there isn't a way to upload or import responses in bulk or a spreadsheet of responses—but you can manually enter each response into SurveyMonkey, as long as you create the survey in SurveyMonkey first.
