What Respondents See
1Survey TitleThe Survey Title appears at the top of each survey page. You can hide the Survey Title so respondents don’t see it.
2Page TitlePage Titles appear below the Survey Title. You can turn off Page Titles so respondents don’t see them.
3Page DescriptionPage Descriptions appear below the Page Title. You can’t turn off Page Descriptions, but you can leave them blank.
Page Titles give respondents a clear understanding of what kinds of questions will be on a page. Page Descriptions add additional information or instructions respondents might need to answer the questions on that page.
