Share your GetFeedback survey with a web link to bring users directly to your survey. Your survey link can be shared anywhere, including emails, social media like Facebook or Twitter, or embedded in a website or blog.
If you're using Draft/publish, distribute the link from the Live version of your survey.

This URL collects anonymous responses only. If you want to track customer information, add merge fields to the URL.
You can schedule an end date for your survey link. After this date, the survey link will stop collecting responses. However, if you send the survey using our Salesforce, Zendesk, or List email automations, people can still submit responses through the email. Learn more
As best practice, we recommend sharing the survey link in a post, then editing the thumbnail image to match your brand.
We recommend including a photo with your Twitter post to improve engagement rates.
