CX: Reordering Custom Questions

During the survey setup, on the Follow-up Questions page, creating more than one custom question will allow for the ability to reorder custom questions. The up/down arrow icon will appear next to the delete icon for each custom question:

Clicking this icon will bring up a model that lists your custom questions and their respective order within the survey. If the survey does not have a Key Drivers question, the numbering will start at 2. If there is a Key Drivers question, the numbering will start at 3.

Clicking on any question in this list and dragging it to another spot in the sequence will allow for reordering of questions. Click save to set the new sequence, or cancel to escape. The new question ordering will be applied to all previous and any new respondents.

Note: The NPS and Key Drivers questions are fixed as the first and second questions of the survey (the Key Drivers question is optional).
