Billing and Renewal

We bill subscriptions annually or monthly based on your contract terms. Response usage resets at the beginning of each billing month, and unused responses don’t roll over. To change your plan tier or upgrade seats, go to your Account Settings.

Choosing a Plan

Choose Starter if you need a simple feedback collection solution with behavioral targeting capabilities.
Choose Plus if your team needs advanced feedback, more form options, and higher limits.
