Changing the Language on Your Account
Change your language settings to use SurveyMonkey in your preferred language. You'll also receive communications, such as billing receipts, in the language you choose. Any existing surveys and data will remain fully accessible after you change your language settings.
To change the default language on your account:
- Click your username in the upper-right corner of your account.
- Click My Account.
- Scroll down to the General Preferences section.
- Click Edit next to Language.
- Choose your preferred language from the dropdown menu.
- Click Change Language.
When you create a survey, the survey language will match the language you have set on your account, but you can change the language of an individual survey at any time—independently of the account language.
SurveyMonkey and customer support is available in a variety of languages.
