Engage: Reviewing & Responding to Feedback

SURVEYMONKEY ENGAGE: SurveyMonkey Engage is another SurveyMonkey product that helps improve employee engagement across your organization. If you're interested in learning more, contact sales.

Employees will have the opportunity to provide open-ended comments on all SurveyMonkey Engage surveys. In some cases, there may be a need to follow up with the employee to respond to their question, address a concern, or any number of other reasons.

The Feedback Inbox organizes employee comments and allows Engage administrators to message employees directly to close the loop. While many employees may opt to leave comments anonymously, administrators are still able to continue the dialogue with that employee while maintaining the employee’s anonymity.

Example of an Employee Feedback Inbox showing three sections with information. Feedback Messages: includes total messages received and number of monthly average messages. Feedback breakdown: a donut chart showing percent of Encouragements vs Improvements. Participation: showing percentage of employee participation and percentage of feedback that gets a response.

To review feedback, click on Feedback on the top of the Engage site. This will take you to your Inbox where employee comments are organized into Improvement, Encouragement, and Uncategorized. Note: Uncategorized comments are submitted comments by employees through the Employee Portal and not submitted through an Engage survey.

To reply to a comment, click on their name (often “Anonymous”). You can view the entire message history for a specific colleague here. If you click Send, the conversation will remain in the status of “opened.” You can also click Send and Close to close the conversations. To view your closed conversations, click Closed towards the top left of your screen.
