Login Issues

I forgot my username or password

Reset your password if you forgot your username or password.

I don't have access to the account email address

The account holder (owner of the account email address) should be the only person accessing the SurveyMonkey account. If you're sharing an account, reach out to the account holder and talk about secure ways to work with others on surveys.

If the email address is a no-reply or an internal email address that can't receive emails from other domains, or the account holder is no longer with the company, you can work with your IT department to forward you the email, then update your account email address to a supported email address that only you can access.

I have questions about account verification

Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Office 365

You can link your SurveyMonkey account to Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Office 365 and use those credentials to log in. you'll still need to complete account verification if a new device or browser is detected.

You can manage your linked accounts from the Linked Accounts section in My Account.

If you signed up for SurveyMonkey through one of these social apps you may not have a password. To edit your Login Details or delete your account, you'll first need to enter your username in the Forgot Password flow to create a password.

Remember Me

If you select Remember Me when logging in to SurveyMonkey, you'll stay logged in on that browser for 2 weeks unless you sign out, clear your cookies before then, or your verified device is removed.
