Results Dashboards are a great way to present your survey results. Customize your results, add charts and text, then publish to share your dashboard with anyone.

To create a new dashboard, start by either adding charts from your survey in bulk, or adding charts from individual questions one at a time. On most plans, you can add up to 20 supported questions, and if you're on an Enterprise plan you can add up to 40.

  • Unsupported questions and settings

To add charts from the first 20 (or 40, on Enterprise plans) supported questions:

  1. Go to the Analyze Results section of your survey.
  2. At the top of the page, click Add to dashboard.
  3. Select +New dashboard.
  4. Enter a name for your dashboard.
  5. Click Create.

To add a chart from an individual question:

  1. Go to the Analyze Results section of your survey.
  2. Find a question you'd like to add to the dashboard, and click the pin icon
  3. Select +New dashboard.
  4. Enter a name for your dashboard.
  5. Click Create.

Once the dashboard has been created, you can add more charts to your dashboard:

  1. Go to the Analyze Results section of your survey.
  2. Find the chart you want to add.
  3. Click the pin icon.
  4. Choose the dashboard you want to add the chart to.

Once you've added charts to your dashboard, you can customize how it looks.

  • From the Present Results section, select your dashboard and click Edit.
  • Arrange your dashboard by dragging and dropping cards into rows and adding text cards to give your results more context. You can add up to three cards per row, and 20-40 cards per dashboard, depending on your plan.
  • For questions with open-ended responses, you can click the three dots (...) in the upper-right corner of the card to switch between List View to show all text responses at once, or Slide View to show text responses one at a time.
Note: Cards for open-ended responses only show 50 most recent answers.
  • To delete a card from your dashboard, hover over the card and click the trash can button in the upper-right corner.

TIP! Customize your chart's display options and colors before adding them to a dashboard to make them stand out.

When you're ready to share your results with people, publish and share your dashboard. If your survey is still open and collecting responses, the dashboard will update automatically as more people answer your survey.

When you share the dashboard link in messaging and collaboration apps, we’ll show the survey title and response count in the message preview. The preview reflects the title and response count from the time you share the link and won’t update automatically.

To publish your dashboard:

  1. In the Present Results section of your survey, find the the dashboard you want to share.
  2. Click More Options.
  3. Select Turn share link ON.
  4. Click View to open the dashboard in another window.
  5. Copy the link and share your dashboard anywhere.
