You can add a purchase order number to a SurveyMonkey invoice. However, purchase orders aren’t valid forms of payment. Adding a purchase order number in SurveyMonkey is for your own administrative purposes only—it doesn’t constitute our acceptance of your purchase order terms and conditions, and any such terms are void. In order to complete your payment, you’ll need to pay using one of the accepted payment methods listed on the invoice.
Add a Purchase Order Number During Checkout
You can add a purchase order number to your invoice during checkout under the Billing Details section. Click Optional Business Information to see the field.
Add a Purchase Order Number to an Invoice
If you're an existing customer and you pay by invoice, you can add a purchase order number to your next invoice—just head to your Billing Details and scroll to the Payment Information section.
For the purchase order number to appear on your next invoice, please add it to your Billing Details before your next invoice has been issued (which is 45 days before your renewal date). If you need to add it to an unpaid invoice that's already been issued, please contact us with the purchase order number and your SurveyMonkey invoice number.
One thing to note is you can't add a purchase order number to an invoice that's already been paid.
