CX: Importing NPS Data into CX

If your organization already has previously run NPS surveys through SurveyMonkey or TechValidate, you can import the data into CX quickly and easily.

First, log in to CX and click Settings from the menu that runs across the top of the screen.

Next, select Integrations.

Click Connect to SurveyMonkey or Connect to TechValidate depending on where your previous NPS data lives.

You will be taken to a log in page for either SurveyMonkey or TechValidate. Enter your log in credentials.

You will then be prompted to authorize CX to use your account. Please click Authorize.

After authorizing CX to use your account, you will be able to import each survey into CX.

Note: for surveys with a large number of respondents, it may take a few minutes for the import to complete.
