CX: Deleting Responses
In some cases, your survey may collect responses that aren't intended to be in the NPS data set. For example, many of our customers choose to "test" their survey by having colleagues or themselves take it.
To delete a response, first click into the survey followed by click Responses.
You can immediately delete a response by clicking the dropdown arrow next to View and selecting Delete.
Responses can also be deleted by clicking into the individual response via View or by clicking the responder's name.
On the right-side beneath the Customer Details section, there is a button to delete the response.
You can also delete responses in bulk (25 at a time), by checking the box located just above the top response on the response page, and then clicking delete button towards the top right:
