CX: Customizing the NPS Question & NPS Reason Question

In SurveyMonkey CX, all surveys lead with the standard NPS question, immediately followed by the open ended "why did you give that rating," question.

To edit the language of the NPS question, click the "Edit NPS Question" button during the survey Set-Up.

When you click to edit the Follow-Up question, you will be given the option to have different question language for Promoters, Passives, and Detractors. The survey will only show the appropriate version of the question based on their response to the NPS question:

The number of follow up questions you have depends on your Plan Type.
