It’s easy to add questions to your email, web, app, and Embedded Listener surveys. There are multiple question types available on each platform.

Question TypeDescription
Net Promoter Score (NPS)Ask the industry standard NPS question - "How likely are you to recommend our business to a friend for colleague?" Respondents select a score on a scale of 0-10.
Key DriverAsk a structured NPS follow up question - "How would you rate us in these areas?" You can enter any area, such as Product Quality or Speed of Service. You can choose the rating scale.

Respondents rate each area.
Customer Effort Score (CES)Ask the standard CES question: "The company made it easy for me to handle my issue."
Respondents select a score on a scale of 1-7.
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)Measure which service touchpoint meets customer expectations with the question, "How would you rate your overall satisfaction with the service you received?"
