A staple of the application and review process, the form task will help you collect the information you need from both your applicants and reviewers in order to make the best decision possible. Once you’ve added a form task into your workflow, you will use the form builder to add and edit your questions. With a large range of both Basic and Advanced questions types, you’ll be able to configure your form to get all the information you need.

With Apply’s Reusable Applicant Tasks feature, administrators create an applicant task, the settings for which can be reused across multiple programs.

Testing your program’s application and review process is an important part of building your site to both validate your process and ensure everything has been laid out in a clear and concise manner. In this section, we will go through how you go about testing out your building process from both the point of view of the applicant and the reviewer.
