Why do I get an "account authentication failed" message when logging in?

When logging into your account, please note that the login information is case-sensitive.

Make sure that all characters are correct when entering the username and password (e.g. upper case vs. lower case). If not, the system will show you the following message:

Account Authentication failed based on the information provided.  Please verify and try again. (Note: for your added security passwords are case-sensitive.) 

Your account does exist, but the login details do not match what is registered on the account. If you need your password sent to you again, please click the Forgot Username and Password link.
