Can I track who has responded and keep the survey anonymous?

When you use the Email Collector, email addresses of your respondents are stored in survey results by default. You can edit the Collector settings so that respondents' email addresses won't be stored in the survey results to make your survey results anonymous.

To stop storing email addresses in the survey results:

  1. Under the Collect Responses tab, open your existing Email Collector.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Change Settings.
  3. Under "Save Email Address in Results?" select No, the respondent's email address will not be stored in the survey results.
  4. Click Save Settings.

You're still be able to track who has and has not responded in the Recipients section of the Email Collector. However, respondents' email addresses will no longer appear in the survey results.

When you use the Email Collector, you can change the Collector settings so respondents' email addresses won't be stored in the survey results. You're still be able to track who has and has not responded in the Recipients section of the Email Collector.
