Can I track who has responded and keep the survey anonymous?

When you use the Email Invitation Collector, the IP addresses and email addresses of respondents are stored in survey results by default.

You can edit the collector options to make survey results anonymous and still keep track of who has or hasn't responded to the survey. From the Recipients tab, display recipients by Responded or Unresponded. This does not show you their survey results—it just lets you see who has or hasn't taken the survey.

If you collected responses before changing the collector options, information from respondents who already took the survey may be stored in survey results.

When you use the Email Invitation Collector, you can change the collector settings so email addresses won't be stored in the survey results. You're still able to track who has and has not responded in the Recipients section of the collector.
