Can I resend a survey to those who have partially completed it?
When sending a second message to the same Email Invitation collector, you can configure the delivery to emails based on a custom criterion.
For example, to send the survey again to those who have not yet finished and are in a partially completed status (indicated with a yellow star in the list), follow these steps:
- Click the Collect Responses tab or icon pertaining to your survey.
- Click Messages from the gray pane on the left-hand side; and then Create New Message from the upper right on the next page.
- Choose Responded and then from the drop-down menu, choose "have just responded partially". Click Save & Continue.
- Compose your reminder message, and click Save & Continue.
- Click Schedule from the upper right.
- Choose the date and time to send the message, and click Ok.
Scheduling a Reminder Email Before Your Initial Invitation is Sent
If you're scheduling your email invitations to be sent for a date in the future, you'll need to go a slightly different route once you've scheduled your first email invitation. Here's how to schedule a reminder before your initial message is sent:
- Click the Collect Responses tab or icon pertaining to your survey.
- Click Messages from the gray pane on the left-hand side; and then Create New Message from the upper right on the next page.
- Choose Not Responded and then Save & Continue.
- Compose your reminder message, and click Save & Continue.
- Click Schedule from the upper right.
- Choose the date and time to send the message, and click Ok.
